DES Training, Inc. was created to provide safe and proven training methods for the new firearm owner as well as the experienced shooter. DES Training, Inc. provides the highest level of training by NRA Certified Master and Senior Training Counselors, along with NRA Certified Instructor and Federal and State Law Enforcement staff. The NRA, South Carolina Law Enforcement Division and North Carolina Justice Academy have certified our instructor staff in the safe training of firearms used in both recreational shooting and personal self-defense areas. Our mission is to provide a safe and controlled learning environment for all firearm users, from basic students to the advanced training of NRA Certified Instructors. Breaking News!!!!!!

NRA Basic Pistol Class just added to the schedule for April 17th starting at 8:00am!! This is the class for new handgun owners before they attempt the Concealed Carry permit courses. Learn with the professionals how to operate the handgun, proven marksmanship skills and correct methods of care and storage.

DES will offer the Nationally accredited NRA REFUSE TO BE A VICTIM training class March 18th starting at 5:30pm. This 3 1/2 hour course is perfect for new College Freshmen and all Senior Citizens who need to learn proven methods for self protection and avoidance of high risk encounters.

On September 15th, 2009 DeWayne Saunders suffered a heart attack and was rushed to Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill SC. On September 17th, 2009 DeWayne underwent successful bypass surgery and the doctors are expecting him to recover 100% heart function. The Heart professionals are working with me daily to return to full health and I am without a doubt a very blessed man. Elizabeth and I will push to schedule the courses our clients need.

New Week Day Class Dates--Due to demand DES Training has added additional Friday or Monday Concealed Carry Permit dates. Designed for citizens who are unable to attend Saturday classes. Week day courses offer the benefit of smaller class sizes. Conducted at the DES Training site in Rock Hill, this could be the training solution for your schedule!

Due to the increased demand for Instructor training we will no longer be able to reserve a seat in an instructor class with just a registration. To reserve a seat in Instructor training you will be required to pay in full by either check, money order or credit card with a secure PayPal invoice.
